About Bonisoft

Bonisoft is a modern B2B SaaS platform for Digital Transformation & Performance Management. We help companies make performance visible, achieve operational goals measurably, and successfully master digital transformation.

Your Role: Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will support us in developing Bonisoft both technically and strategically. You will act as the interface between management, customers, and development, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully implemented. You will work independently on the further development of our product, bring structure to complex requirements, and actively support the design of our product roadmap as well as the internal integration of AI.

What to Expect:

Product Development with Real Impact:

  • Dive deep into our portal, app, action modules, service modules, wallet, reporting, notifications, and admin processes.

Product Strategy with Responsibility:

  • Work closely with management and development, prioritize requirements, evaluate new product ideas, and independently manage features from conception through implementation to release.

User Stories Instead of Loose Bullet Points:

  • Assist in translating requirements into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and open questions.

Documentation That Actually Helps:

  • Create and maintain product documentation, process descriptions, feature pages, how-tos, evaluations, and internal decision documents.

AI in Real Work Life:

  • Help us meaningfully integrate AI tools, prompts, and agents into PM, development, and documentation processes.

Collaboration with Development:

  • Prepare topics so that developers can quickly understand what is technically needed and what is important for implementation.

What You Should Bring:

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a comparable role.
  • Experience in writing user stories and working with development teams.
  • Understanding of digital products, SaaS solutions, and software development processes.
  • Structured and analytical mindset.
  • Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Optional / Nice to Have:

  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Knowledge in the field of AI applications and automation.
  • Understanding of HR, logistics, or performance management processes.
  • Experience with SaaS products.

Tooling & Collaboration:

  • Confident use of Microsoft 365, Teams, Jira, Confluence, and structured work documents.
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration with Product Management, Development, and Management.
  • Curiosity for roadmap work, process descriptions, and internal decision documents.

What We Offer:

  • A modern B2B SaaS product with significant market potential.
  • High autonomy and direct influence on product development.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements.
  • Part-time position (20–30 hours/week).
  • Compensation: €2,000–€2,500 gross per month depending on experience and hours.
  • Employee benefits, team events, and further training opportunities.
  • Direct collaboration with management and development.
  • Opportunities for shaping rather than just implementing.
  • Startup mentality: short paths, quick decisions, and significant responsibility.
