About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator to play a crucial role in managing and expanding our internal server landscape and IT systems. Key Responsibilities
- Server & System Administration: Manage and maintain the internal server infrastructure and IT systems.
- Backup & Recovery: Ensure the reliability of backup and recovery processes.
- IT Infrastructure Development: Build and maintain the IT structure for the tele-emergency doctor operations.
- Network Support: Assist with network infrastructure setup and maintenance.
- IT Security & Compliance: Implement and oversee IT security measures, including ISO 27001 preparation, implementation, and development, as well as NIS 2 directive requirements. Document and optimize security-relevant processes.
- User Support & Operations: Provide first-level support to users via a ticketing system, including analysis and resolution of IT operational issues. Handle user account management and prepare/set up equipment for new tele-emergency doctors.
- Technical Support: Perform minor repairs on workstations using spare parts.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or comparable qualification in the IT sector.
- Ideally, experience as an IT System Administrator.
- Knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux is a plus).
- Familiarity with network technology.
- Understanding of IT security (ISO 27001, NIS2 is a plus).
- Structured and independent work approach.
