Senior Occupational Therapist

About the Role

Our team at #AAA is expanding, and we are excited to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist to our practice in the Penrith or surrounding areas. We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate various lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of NDIS participants and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to junior clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training sessions.
• Contribute to and/or lead projects aimed at improving clinical practice or service delivery.

Qualifications

• About You:
• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, including direct experience working with NDIS participants.
• Proven experience in supervising other clinicians and students.
