We are a leading provider within the NDIS, utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach to deliver tailored services that meet the unique needs and goals of our participants and their families.
About the Role
Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in the Blacktown or surrounding areas. We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload, working with NDIS participants and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to junior clinicians and students.
- Attend supervision and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training sessions.
- Contribute to and/or lead projects aimed at improving clinical practice or service delivery.
About You (Qualifications & Experience)
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, including specific experience working with NDIS participants.
- Proven experience in supervising other clinicians and students.
