Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, preferences, and financial capacity to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses (CMAs) to inform pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update property listings accurately and regularly.
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties.

Requirements

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry (preferred).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Minimum age of 18+.
