About the Role
CP Skin Health is seeking a Regional Educator to join our Education team, supporting sales through impactful education. You will work closely with your territory’s Regional Manager and Business Development Representatives to strategically deliver education that drives regional growth. This role involves significant travel within your region to conduct educational presentations and events, customizing training to meet specific business objectives and creating an optimal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training to Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Aestheticians, RNs, PAs, and related industry support staff.
- Conduct in-office, residency, or aesthetic school educational experiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Travel as needed to support customer needs, including regional events, industry trade shows, and open houses.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and Regional Managers to set and achieve specific business development goals for each account through education.
- Communicate effectively cross-functionally pre and post-seminar via weekly conference calls and other channels.
- Deliver outstanding educational experiences that foster customer success and brand awareness.
- Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals.
- Manage learner follow-up and communication with relevant team members.
- Demonstrate PCA SKIN® and Elta MD® treatment protocols through hands-on practice.
- Adapt quickly to diverse learning styles in various environments.
- Maintain professionalism and organizational skills.
- Book travel efficiently, adhering to guidelines and budget.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed aesthetician, nurse, or medical professional with a license in good standing and 5+ years of hands-on practice.
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated educator role (skincare-related education for aesthetic and medical practices preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- PCA SKIN® Certified Professional.
- Valid driver's license with no travel limitations.
- Prior training, facilitation, and public speaking experience with excellent presentation skills.
- Above-average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions, and advanced modalities/treatments.
- Exceptional knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanisms of action, and formulations.
- Experience with aesthetic medical devices (e.g., IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, lasers).
- Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is preferred.
- Reside in relative proximity to an International airport.
- Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Google Suite, PowerPoint, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD (Pay determined by experience, qualifications, and location).
- Potential Bonuses: Discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives (for Executive-level roles).
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and 401(k) with company match (subject to eligibility).
