About the Company

At BDO, you can make a difference by providing clients with tailored, practical, and sound solutions. Within BDO Legal, approximately 60 legal professionals specialize in corporate and employment law. The team of around 10 M&A lawyers operates in a close-knit unit, ready for further expansion. You will advise entrepreneurs and investors on Legal M&A, collaborating closely with colleagues from other BDO departments, both domestically and internationally.

Your Role

• Independently and collaboratively advise on Legal M&A matters with practical and effective solutions.
• Co-responsibility for expanding the Legal M&A practice in the Eindhoven region.
• Extensive collaboration with colleagues from other BDO branches.
• Focus on your personal development through initiatives like the BDO Academy.
• Work in a hybrid model, primarily from the Eindhoven office, with occasional visits to Utrecht, and from home.

Your Value Add

• A completed University degree in Law with a Master's in Corporate Law.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience as a lawyer or legal counsel within M&A practice.
• A completed Grotius Training program, or the ambition to pursue a similar qualification.
• Client and quality-oriented approach.
• Focus on practical business development.
