Job Description

Requirements

  • Total experience: 5+ years.
  • Knowledge of Wastage & Shrinkage Management.
  • Exposure to Centralized Bakery Production.
  • Knowledge of Butchery & Fishery consignment.
  • Experience in Vendor Rebate Management.
  • Exposure to Recipe Management.
  • Experience in Store Replenishment.
  • Exposure to DC Forecasting & Replenishment.
  • Exposure to Merchandise Hierarchy Redesign.
  • Knowledge of Store Assortment Planning.
  • Knowledge of Unified Master Data Management Platform.
  • Knowledge of Group-wide Non-Trade Procurement Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze client needs within the project context.
  • Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, identifying technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
  • Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
  • Create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated effort for given modules/tasks, providing justification.
  • Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations.
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
  • Propose solutions for issues identified during code/design reviews and justify decisions.
  • Carry out Proofs of Concept (POCs) to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
