The Role

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Manager at Spocket. This role is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with affiliates and influencers to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.

You’re excited about the role because you will:

  • Craft comprehensive full-funnel affiliate and influencer programs, strategically planning both upper/mid-funnel influencer initiatives and lower-funnel affiliate programs.
  • Identify new affiliates and nurture existing top partners to achieve customer acquisition goals through effective affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Identify and engage influencers aligned with the brand's values, negotiate partnerships, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for impactful influencer marketing.
  • Dedicate approximately 70% of your time to driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing programs and 30% to upper-funnel initiatives via influencer programs.
  • Align campaigns with overarching marketing strategies and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Analyze metrics to deliver valuable, data-driven insights and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness to guide future strategies.
  • Maintain transparent communication with affiliates, influencers, and partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with affiliates, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance professional skills to remain relevant in the dynamic business landscape.

We’re excited to have you because you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms such as Partnerstack, Impact Radius, ShareASale, etc.
  • A strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, influencer marketing trends, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with MS Excel / Google Sheets is essential.
  • A creative thinking ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
