About the Role: Senior Travel Agent (Remote)
As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the vital link between our clients and BCD Travel. You will manage client requests, provide expert consultation, and ensure all travel arrangements comply with regulations. This full-time role is based in the United States and offers a remote work arrangement.
What You'll Do:
- Search for and confirm travel reservations for clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
- Fulfill requests related to regulatory compliance (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Provide clients with industry information, including fare details, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships with clients.
- Actively maintain and expand knowledge of various travel industries.
About You:
- Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
