You will ensure efficient, future-proof reporting and advise management and stakeholders with well-founded analyses and concrete recommendations for action. You will work closely with management, accounting, and sales, thus contributing directly to the strategic management of the entire corporate group.

Responsibilities

• Establishment and monitoring of budget processes: planning, forecasts, and regular forecast updates.
• Creation and continuous development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Management reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Internal reporting, including budget control and well-founded commentary.
• Ad-hoc analyses and business partnering: directly support managers with operational decisions.
• Development of forecasting models.
• Building management reports and KPI dashboards with modern BI tools.
• Automation of reporting processes (ETL, data modeling).
• Willingness to travel to Magdeburg 1-2 times per month to meet the local team.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a focus on Controlling.
• Several years of practical experience in Controlling. Ideally complemented by experience in financial controlling, consulting, auditing, or corporate finance.
• Very good Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, databases, analysis tools, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a keen sense for the significance of key figures.
