Responsibilities

  • Independent execution of monthly payroll processes, adhering to current legal requirements and ensuring correct data maintenance in all HR systems.
  • Competent point of contact for employees and managers regarding taxes, social security, payroll, and company pension schemes.
  • Responsibility for reporting, auditing, and communication with authorities, including managing payroll tax and social security audits, and preparing relevant reports and statistics.
  • Comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle from entry to exit, including contract documents, garnishment processing, and accident reporting.
  • Participation in HR digitalization projects, creation of controlling evaluations, year-end closing activities, and reconciliation with financial accounting.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a Tax Assistant or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training.
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or financial accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax and social security law.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools; ideally, experience with tisoware and the Sage HR Suite.
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data. Communication skills, team spirit, and a solution-oriented approach.
