Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the external Data Protection Officer (m/f/d) for our company, providing independent advice on all data protection matters.
• Monitor compliance with and implementation of the EU GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
• Support IT projects and the introduction of new tools from a data protection perspective.
• Actively contribute to company policies and contract templates (e.g., Data Processing Agreements).
• Create and maintain data protection-relevant documentation, protocols, directories (e.g., Records of Processing Activities), and audit reports.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably in IT or law) or a comparable qualification with a focus on data protection.
• Strong project management skills: Ability to systematically plan, manage, and successfully complete data protection-relevant projects and tool implementations.
• Familiarity with AI and the use of AI tools.
• Willingness and motivation to delve into new and complex subject areas.
• Solution-oriented approach and analytical skills, coupled with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge and experience in data protection are advantageous but not mandatory (entry-level with appropriate motivation is possible).
• Confident German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
