At 3Pillar, we are dedicated to building cutting-edge technologies that revolutionize industries. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing PM Team and become a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission-critical engagements.

About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall business success of our clients’ software products. This involves strategically advising clients, building solutions to solve business problems, and propelling their businesses forward. You will partner closely with global delivery teams (Engineering and Program Management) and the Client Services team to support pre-sales efforts, consult with clients, deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to build and design a broad digital strategy, then lead teams to execute against it.
• Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed product team members across global delivery centers.
• Work with engineering leads to manage project progress and resource utilization, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Lead teams in executing short-term plans by prioritizing and planning release content and timelines.
• Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments as the go-to expert for the product.
• Effectively make prioritization trade-offs within product goals.
• Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
• Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report on milestones.
• Maintain high awareness of industry trends, including accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to incorporate them into future projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management position.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and diverse clients.
• Experience in organizational leadership, including influencing teams and executive leads.
• A strong track record of problem-solving with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Experience working with global teams is essential.
• High cultural awareness.
• Well-versed in User Research, championing user needs across the customer experience, and facilitating workshops.
• Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and collaboration to drive decisions across senior stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
