The Role
We are hiring a Planning and Performance Global Specialist to join our People team within the Growth Group's back office. This position focuses on both people and financial aspects, ensuring the smooth operation of the area by reporting people-related financial KPIs, managing team budgets, updating master data, and performing crucial analyses to ensure data consistency. You will report results to stakeholders across various departments (finance, facilities, people) in over 10 countries.
A successful candidate possesses a thirst for knowledge, learns quickly, and excels in interpersonal communication with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the monthly closure of financial KPIs and team budgets.
- Extract and analyze data to generate customized reports tailored to diverse audience needs.
- Maintain data quality in internal dashboards by meticulously checking metrics and tables.
- Ensure reports align with the company's financial and people strategies.
- Deliver tasks within established deadlines.
- Identify and map solutions to improve data accuracy.
- Create compelling data visualizations in Power BI.
- Automate processes, leveraging AI tools where applicable.
What You'll Need
Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and Data Visualization tools (DAX, Power Query, Power Automate).
- High proficiency in English (Fluent).
- Spanish (Nice to Have & Open to Learn).
- Portuguese (Fluent).
