You will be responsible for determining what creative assets are produced, for whom, and why they are expected to succeed. Working within a centralized hub-and-spoke model, you will feed the creative hub with concepts and performance intelligence, ensuring all creative is grounded in audience understanding and data, not just intuition. You will manage the entire process from brief writing to performance analysis and UGC creator management.
What You'll Bring

- AI Tool Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) for creative strategy and asset production.
What You'll Own
- Brief Writing & Concept Development: Own the entire briefing process for static, video, and other formats. Maintain a backlog of concepts, manage net-new vs. iteration balance, and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Intelligence & Playbook: Analyze creative performance data with the paid media team, translate findings into creative direction, maintain the creative playbook, and lead competitive research.
- UGC Creator & Talent Management: Own the UGC creator pipeline, manage the creator dashboard, write specific creator briefs, and build creator relationships.

- Those unable to independently manage creator relationships.
- People who focus on a single brand or format.
- Individuals who view performance analysis as merely reporting.
