About The Role

As an Office Administrator, you will be instrumental in enhancing the employee and client experience within our Soho office. This role demands strong multi-tasking capabilities, a proactive focus on hospitality, and a commitment to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests visiting Konrad Group.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of monthly team outings.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Oversee and ensure the cleanliness of the office space.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the storage room.
  • Assist in ordering team lunches and event catering.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure daily office efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations or facilities management.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendars, MS Word, and Excel.
  • A strong focus on hospitality and delivering exceptional service to employees and clients.
