We are partnering with a rapidly growing tech company in Hamburg, a leader in digital identity and trust services. They offer AI and biometrics-based identity solutions, serving over 17 million users with an eIDAS-certified product and prominent enterprise clients in Germany.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• End-to-end ownership for the Banking & Financial Services vertical.
• Conduct independent customer discussions with banks and partners, analyzing processes, requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market and customers to inform product decisions.
• Create a data-driven, bank-specific feature roadmap, prioritizing based on business impact.
• Lead and coordinate engineering, design, and sales efforts through to product launch.
• Build prototypes and concepts, including leveraging AI tools.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Demonstrable experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Understanding of relevant regulations (eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallet).
• Deep understanding of API products and technical integration scenarios.
• Proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
• Strong customer focus and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
