Your Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for finances, controlling, and operational management.
• Plan, steer, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Contribute to strategic alignment through the development of standards, guidelines, and work processes.
• Perform commercial evaluations for projects and decisions.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the management and various departments.
• Analyze business models, cost structures, and growth potentials.
• Actively participate in the automation, digitalization, and scaling of operations.
• Create financial and liquidity plans.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Finance, Controlling, Operations, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• A clear understanding of business interdependencies.
• Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and driving improvements.
• Excellent German language skills; English proficiency is a plus.
