Über die Rolle: Praktikant im Bereich Headhunting

We are seeking a Headhunting Intern to enhance our competitive edge in M&A. As we acquire property management companies throughout Germany, the rapid integration of technology-focused leadership is crucial. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and recruit prospective managing directors for these acquired entities. This internship offers full ownership from day one, making you an integral part of our Headhunting team, managing a portfolio of over 500 employees and executives. You will collaborate directly with our executive management and M&A teams in our Berlin headquarters, embedding recruiting as a core strategic function.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

  • Active Sourcing: Identify and contact managing directors, executives, and experienced managers across Germany, dedicating approximately 80% of your time to active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, and direct outreach.
  • Talent Pool Development: Build talent pools for future leadership roles and develop a comprehensive understanding of the German market.
  • Pipeline Integration: Connect our M&A pipeline with our talent pipeline to ensure immediate leadership readiness post-acquisition.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews with senior candidates, persuasively communicating Buena's vision and value proposition.
  • System Building: Develop systems and structures to ensure long-term talent visibility and availability.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing or have completed studies at a German university, seeking a full-time internship of at least six months.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Comfortable engaging directly and on equal footing with managing directors and senior executives.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and enjoy systematically analyzing markets and people.
  • Proficient in using technology for efficiency, such as CRM tools or AI sourcing.
  • Willingness to work in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
  • Strong Signal: Prior experience in recruiting, executive search, outbound sales, or CRM is highly valued.
