About the Role

Join us in Athens or work remotely as an IT Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in the life-cycle of Agile software implementation and maintenance projects, coordinating and communicating effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate, supervise, and plan project activities
• Compile and provide activity reports to the client
• Monitor project dependencies, effort, tasks, resources, and timescales
• Report and manage issues and problems, and ensure the overall quality of the project
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, remove impediments, protect, and keep the team focused
• Coach and keep the team focused on delivering story points and fulfilling sprint goals
• Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal on time, facilitate communication across all directions, and collaborate with the Product Owner (PO)

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile Project Management for e-Government projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps platforms
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Certifications on AgilePM, PSM I, PMP, or equivalent will be considered an asset
