Your Tasks

As a Working Student in our IT department, you will support the IT team in daily operations and infrastructure-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the administration of cloud services, including Microsoft 365
• Assisting with the maintenance of our on-premise server infrastructure
• Supporting Active Directory and domain controller administration
• Helping to monitor and maintain regular backup processes
• Supporting the management of our 3CX VoIP telephone system
• Setting up and preparing workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Providing first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues, such as Windows, printers, VPN, and Microsoft 365
• Assisting with IT security tasks, updates, and system monitoring
• Supporting the documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations
• Helping with the implementation of new IT systems and improvement projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Systems Engineering, or a related field
• First practical experience or strong interest in IT administration, system support, or infrastructure topics
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support processes
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, or backup systems would be an advantage
• Basic scripting knowledge, for example, PowerShell, Bash, or Python, is a plus
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility step by step
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
