Key Responsibilities

• System Conception: Evaluate and define complex customer and system requirements.
• Architecture & Design: Design and specify system and subsystem components and their interfaces.
• Qualification: Define proof of performance and plan comprehensive qualification tests.
• Integration & Test: Commission and test subsystems and systems.
• Project Responsibility: Independently manage work packages regarding time, cost, quality, and risk.
• Interface Management: Technically control subcontractors and support customers with integration and acceptance.
• Field Work: Actively participate in field tests, measurement campaigns, and customer demonstrations.
• Documentation: Create complete development, product, and proof documents.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed technical degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in Systems Engineering.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: electrical assemblies, signal processing, hardware and software, proof of performance, or test concept creation.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and solid user knowledge of SAP.
• Soft Skills: High degree of initiative, structured work approach, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
• Languages: Negotiable German (C1 level) and good English skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel for business to Aalen.
