Your Responsibilities

• New Customer Acquisition Support: Assist in outbound sales efforts, actively engaging potential clients via channels like LinkedIn or cold emailing.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: Support the team in daily contact with existing customers, ensuring optimal service.
• CRM & Data Management: Independently maintain and update our CRM system to ensure clean documentation of all customer data and sales activities.
• Event Management: Actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of events and customer gatherings.
• General Sales Support: Free up the sales team by taking on various administrative and organizational tasks.

Your Qualifications

• Student Status: Currently enrolled as a student.
• Proactive & Reliable Work Ethic: Eager to contribute own ideas, think proactively, and complete tasks independently and conscientiously.
• Organizational Talent: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
• Team Player: Enjoys working in a team and brings a positive attitude.
• Knowledge: Basic marketing knowledge and Amazon know-how are advantageous, but not mandatory.
