Responsibilities

• Independent accounts receivable management for tenants and apartment owners of our managed properties.
• Execution of accounts payable management, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Handling of dunning procedures and monitoring of open items.
• Preparation of annual property statements and operating cost statements.
• Preparation of regular analyses and reports for managed properties.
• Maintenance and control of accounting data in our property management software.
• Close collaboration with our property managers and contact persons.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in accounting for a property management company.
• Confident handling of numbers, with a structured and meticulous approach to work.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Independent, conscientious, and meticulous work style.
• Team player with enthusiasm for a modern, dynamic work environment.
• Affinity for digital processes and software solutions.
• Knowledge of Immoware24 is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
