About the Role
As a Building Services Engineer specializing in HKLS (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary), you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of technical building equipment projects. You will work through various HOAI service phases, contributing your expertise to develop technical concepts and create essential project documentation.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of supply engineering / HKLS.
- Handle service phases according to HOAI in the HKLS sector, independently or with technical support from the team, depending on experience.
- Develop technical concepts for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems.
- Create design, execution, and tender documents.
- Perform or support technical calculations, designs, and documentation.
- Provide technical input for advising and supporting clients.
- Collaborate within the project team and ensure structured, transparent, and understandable communication with internal and external project stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in Building Services Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Initial practical experience in HKLS planning for buildings is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- Basic knowledge of HOAI and relevant standards and guidelines, or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics.
- Technical understanding, structured working style, and interest in integrated TGA solutions.
- Team spirit, as well as open, clear, and reliable communication.
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and a sense of responsibility.
