Digital Workplace Architect / Consultant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement digital workplace solutions – from collaboration tools and workflow automation to cloud integrations.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that truly fit.
• Translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions – understandable for both IT and business.
• Keep an eye on trends in the digital workplace and actively incorporate new technologies like AI and automation.

Important: You are not just an implementer – you think critically, design, and take responsibility for your solutions.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in the architecture or implementation of digital workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and modern collaboration tools.
• Ability to plan complex projects while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Strong communication skills – whether in the development team or with clients.
• Enthusiasm for driving digital transformation forward.
