For an owner-managed company based in Berlin, employing approximately 70 people and primarily active in real estate rental and management, as well as other sectors, we are looking for you as:

Head of Cash Management, Liquidity Control, Finance (w/m/d) with Real Estate Development Background!

Depending on your professional experience and knowledge, you can earn up to €96,000 p.a. (80k + 20%) here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: From the outset, you will have a permanent employment contract with your new employer, who wishes to employ you for many years.

Responsibilities

Voilà, this is what your new job looks like!

You will assume overall commercial responsibility for some of the affiliated companies and be the primary point of contact for the group's finances and payment flows.

• You will plan and manage the liquidity and financial resources of the affiliated companies and monitor bank accounts.
• Accordingly, the large payment flows of the corporate group will be in reliable hands with you.
• You are the competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing (two coordination meetings per year).
• You will largely prepare the monthly and annual financial statements, which are prepared by the external tax advisor. You will also be hands-on in ongoing financial accounting.
• Additionally, you will monitor rental income.
• Furthermore, you will lead and develop a team of eight employees.
• Finally, you will be the competent contact and sparring partner for both management and some of the managing directors of the affiliated companies.
• Your development perspective: As companies evolve, you will grow into additional responsibilities over time. After successful onboarding, there is a prospect of taking over management positions in subsidiary or project companies.

Qualifications

What you bring:

You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g., as a Treasurer.

• Additionally, you have gained professional experience in the real estate industry.
• You have a good understanding of accounting, also based on practical experience in relation to financial statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
• You have at least a good basic understanding of contract management or ideally practical experience.
• Legal understanding and knowledge of real estate law would be the cherry on top!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
