About the Role: IT Infrastructure Administrator (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Dülmen, working full-time. You will play a key role in administering, securing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to build and advance a modern IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, networks, storage, and backup systems.
• Ensure and continuously optimize the availability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Independently plan and execute IT projects.
• Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
• Actively work with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 (Mail).
• Advise and support the implementation and optimization of M365 solutions and the ongoing development of the M365 environment.
• Define specifications and guidelines for the Microsoft 365 environment, including governance and compliance.
• Create and update packages for software distribution using Intune.
• Administer IT security solutions and implement necessary measures.
• Create and maintain system documentation and policies.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science or an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist - System Integration (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive professional experience in the IT sector, ideally within a medium-sized company, with proven expertise in the responsibilities listed above.
• Solid knowledge in the administration of Windows environments and relevant management tools (e.g., Group Policies, PowerShell).
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint and Teams administration.
• Experience with network technologies, network segmentation, and IT security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work.
• Independent, solution-oriented work ethic, coupled with an analytical view of complex contexts.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• A friendly, reliable demeanor, and professionalism.
