About the Role
The Client Success Manager I will be instrumental in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare payor clients. This role focuses on managing client relationships, driving product adoption, and helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through our cutting-edge technology solutions. It requires a foundational understanding of the healthcare payor industry, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payor and provider organizations.
- Support the onboarding and training process for new clients.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of technology solutions, providing ongoing support.
- Monitor client performance metrics and usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for client issues, collaborating with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Gather and relay client feedback to product development and other teams.
- Assist in preparing and presenting client status reports.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing best practices for client success.
- Communicate customer business needs and expectations to process owners.
- Monitor market/competitive information and consult with customers on sales strategies.
- Collaborate and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.
- This is considered a High Risk Role due to exposure to PHI sensitive data.
Job Scope
The Client Success Manager must be strategic in managing their business block, understanding and exceeding client expectations, and initiating improvements. They will deliver effective presentations to increase company revenue and have the latitude to make commitments within defined parameters.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, a clinical degree, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in client success, account management, or a related role within the healthcare payor or technology industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare payor landscape.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive problem-solving, technical proficiency with healthcare technology, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities.
