About the Role

The Major Programme Services (MPS) team within PA's Delivery stream is expanding and seeking exceptional Delivery Managers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients to deliver complex products and services, driving successful outcomes. This client-facing role involves setting teams up for success, enabling problem-solving, and fostering client insights within complex constraints. You will be an experienced delivery practitioner, capable of getting into the details to make things happen at pace.

Location

Hybrid working: Approximately 2 days per week on client site.

What You Will Do

• Play a role in the formation and running of high-performing cross-functional teams, adapting approaches to solve client challenges.
• Deliver products and projects using appropriate methodologies, focusing on learning, iteration, and continuous performance improvement.
• Set the standard for excellent Delivery Management, embedding quality and attention to detail.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, facilitating collaboration and communication.
• Develop your delivery expertise through on-the-job learning, training, and formal qualifications.

Qualifications

• About You:
• At least 2 years of experience in agile delivery consulting or related roles.
• Experience and knowledge of estimating, scoping, and delivering products, services, and outcomes using various delivery techniques.
• Experience working in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods.
• Desirable: Experience or certification in project management or project controls methodologies (PMQ, Prince2 etc.).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
