The Role
We are seeking a Personnel Administrator / Payroll Accountant (w/m/d) to join our team. This is a full-time position offered through direct placement, meaning you will be directly employed by our company from day one. We are committed to your long-term career development within our organization.
Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)
Your role will encompass approximately 60-70% of tasks related to personnel administration and 30-40% related to payroll accounting:
- Personnel Administration:
- Create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and references.
- Monitor deadlines related to personnel matters.
- Payroll Accounting:
- Process payroll and salary calculations for approximately 500 employees, including various allowances (also for mini-jobbers).
- Initiate and manage payment transfers.
- Handle reporting and certification requirements (Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen).
- Serve as the primary contact point for social security and pension insurance providers.
- Employee Support & Advisory:
- Act as a competent and friendly point of contact for employees regarding HR and payroll matters.
- Advise management on employment law, tax, and social security issues.
- Reporting:
- Prepare monthly statistics.
Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)
- Attitude: A positive attitude, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a desire to work with friendly colleagues.
- Experience: Professional experience in either payroll accounting or personnel administration. If you have experience in only one area, we offer training to develop your skills in the other.
- Language Skills: Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
