Your Role

Join our dynamic team to conceptualize and realize exciting projects alongside UX/UI designers, programmers, and marketers. As a Junior Web Developer, you will focus on clean implementation, user-friendly web solutions, and embracing new technologies. A key component of this role is a 9-month training program focused on the professional use of AI and the development of AI-based solutions. This will allow you to work not only on classic web projects but also to learn early on how AI can be meaningfully integrated into development, automation, and digital processes.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop responsive web applications, ranging from simple microsites to complex web portals.
• Optimize and maintain existing projects.
• Support the technical development of custom client solutions.
• Coordinate internally with colleagues from design, development, project management, and marketing.
• Contribute to AI-based workflows and digital products.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Initial knowledge of PHP and MySQL or a comparable technology.
• Interest in web development, digital products, and AI.
• A good sense for usability, quality, and clean implementation.
• Willingness to learn, initiative, and enthusiasm for professional development.
• Relevant education, studies, initial practical experience, or personal projects in web development. We value passion and aptitude over a perfect CV.

Experience with WordPress, Laravel, JS, Shopware, Git, performance, or SEO optimization is welcome but not required.
