As our Interconnection Expert, you will be a key advisor to developers, utilities, and other stakeholders involved in the large load or generator interconnection process within major ISO/RTO markets. You will bridge regulatory fluency with technical depth, enabling clients to anticipate challenges, interpret study results, and successfully navigate the interconnection queue to project completion. This role spans multiple ISOs (e.g., ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, ERCOT, MISO) and project types, including offshore wind, large-scale solar PV, and battery storage, requiring a confident command of both regulatory processes and power systems engineering.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. This range is one component of a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include bonus, overtime, and other benefits supporting well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
