This role involves direct engagement with customer data and technical teams, building integration infrastructure for scalability, and ensuring data quality for product efficacy.
What You Will Do:

- Manage Enterprise Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer data and technical teams, driving execution, resolving quality issues, and building trust through deep technical engagement. Balance hands-on partnership with standardized approaches.
- Build Scalable Integration Infrastructure: Develop playbooks, standard data expectations, reusable patterns, and monitoring frameworks to accelerate onboarding and ensure scalability. Leverage AI to automate validation and reduce manual effort.
- Manage Concurrent Integrations: Oversee multiple customer integrations simultaneously, making critical prioritization decisions and maintaining momentum across a growing portfolio.
- Drive Downstream Impact: Collaborate closely with data management, engineering, analytics, and clinical product teams to ensure data is not only delivered but also effectively utilized for dependent workflows.
- Leverage AI for Operations: Utilize AI to accelerate data investigation, triage quality issues, and build repeatable, AI-first patterns that scale with the growing customer base and data sources.
Success in this Role Looks Like:
- Reduced time from customer contract to high-confidence data readiness as integration infrastructure matures.
- Enterprise customers viewing you as a trusted technical partner.
- Clinical product, analytics, and operations teams confidently building on delivered data.
- Each new customer integration being faster than the last due to robust systems and patterns.
- Data issues being identified and resolved proactively before impacting product behavior or customer feedback.
You Should Get in Touch If You Have:
- 6-8+ years of product management experience owning outcomes in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations.
- Deep working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider networks, medical records) and their operational behavior and common shortcomings.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or partners on data delivery, quality, and technical coordination.
- Health-tech experience involving payer, provider, or value-based care data operations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent integration efforts and scaling portfolios.
- A strong ability to build scalable infrastructure, thinking in terms of patterns and systems.
- Experience using AI as an essential tool for data operations, including investigation, validation, and scaling manual efforts.
