We specialize in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in The Nordics and Benelux regions, in addition to Austria and Switzerland.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage qualitative projects through their entire lifecycle, including managing clients, partners, and healthcare professionals. Project management of quantitative projects may also be expected.
- Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for various qualitative methodologies (TDIs, focus groups, online interviews), ensuring they are prepared per client requirements. Swiftly address no-shows, late respondents, and last-minute material needs.
- Set up and test surveys/screeners, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and handle project closing, auditing, and invoicing within a technology-based system.
- Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to meet client needs.
- Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and issues during projects. Partner with sales and operations teams to address issues and recommend performance improvements.
- Manage and leverage relationships with domestic and international vendors for accurate and timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution.
- Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Market Research Project Management team members as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Training Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Preferably, experience working with qualitative methodology.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues quickly and proactively identify potential problems.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study and departmental objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadline changes.
- Experience in quantitative project management is preferred or may need to be developed.
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to quickly learn new technologies/software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
