About the Role
As a Clinical Consultant specializing in Radiology Informatics (PACS), you will be instrumental in coordinating and implementing application configurations, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demonstrations, call escalations, and system workflow integrations. You will be part of a fast-growing, expert Informatics Team focused on transforming healthcare delivery and connecting patients with hospitals. This role is crucial for driving healthcare innovation and improving lives.
Your Team
You will be a key member of the Radiology Informatics Northern Europe Team, a highly skilled, dynamic, and motivated group working across both service and sales. You will report directly to the Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader for Northern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within project teams to configure clinical workflows and provide consultative support for the smooth delivery and successful implementation of VUE PACS solutions.
- Develop and execute training programs for clinical users.
- Support the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for solution go-lives.
- Own the resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflows, and mentor customers in system maintenance.
- Document as-built workflows and facilitate handover to service support.
- Participate in the development of new solutions and product functionalities.
- Support customers locally (UKI) and occasionally assist the global application team, requiring international travel across Europe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or vocational education with 4+ years of relevant experience. A clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science, and Technology is preferred.
- Experience in a radiology department with a strong understanding of radiology workflows.
- Proven experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
- A radiographer license or experience as a PACS administrator is ideal.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Products.
- Experience with application training and/or consulting.
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- A motivated team player with adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time) and occasionally to other European locations.
Additional Requirements
- A standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required due to the healthcare environment.
