About the Role

As a Clinical Consultant in our Radiology Informatics organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities such as application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demonstrations, call escalation handling, and system workflow integration. You will be part of a fast-growing, expert Informatics Team, playing a key role in transforming healthcare delivery and enhancing patient care through innovative solutions.

Your Team

You will join the Radiology Informatics Northern Europe Team, a highly skilled, dynamic, and motivated group operating within both service and sales capacities. You will report directly to the Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader for Northern Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows and provide expert consultation for the smooth delivery and successful implementation of VUE PACS solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for clinical users.
  • Support the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for solution go-lives.
  • Take ownership of defect resolution related to clinical UI and workflows, and mentor customers in system maintenance.
  • Document as-built workflows and facilitate seamless handover to service support.
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions and product functionalities.
  • Provide local support (UKI) and occasionally assist the global application team, which may involve international travel across Europe.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or vocational education with 4+ years of relevant experience. A clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science, and Technology is preferred.
  • Possess experience in a radiology department and a thorough understanding of radiology workflows.
  • Demonstrate experience with RIS (Radiology Information System).
  • A radiographer license or prior experience as a PACS administrator is considered ideal.
  • Be tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office Products.
  • Have experience with application training and/or consulting.
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Be a motivated team player with adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Exhibit flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time) and be open to travel to additional locations across Europe as required.

Additional Requirements

  • A standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required due to the nature of working in the healthcare environment.
