About the Role

As a Customer Project Manager for our Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact healthcare technology solution implementations. You will partner closely with clinical and technical teams to optimize care delivery, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the advancement of connected healthcare.

Your Role:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HPM implementations, encompassing IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration, across projects of varying complexity. Ensure adherence to the statement of work and drive a high-quality customer experience.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams in partnership with hospital stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and strong team performance. Motivate teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using the Philips Project Management Methodology, including work breakdown structure (WBS), communication plans, risk management, change management, stakeholder analysis, and resource management. Continuously monitor progress and provide clear, timely status updates.
  • Ensure site readiness and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to maintain project momentum. Drive issue resolution and decision-making to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and third-party vendors through structured updates and governance rhythms. Manage key business metrics including inventory planning, project cycle time, forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in direct project management, IT integration/implementation, or related skills, with a proven ability to manage customer relationships in a healthcare service delivery environment. Experience with hospital patient monitoring equipment and solutions is preferred.
  • You hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or are required to obtain it within 18 months of employment.
  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You are a strong, influential leader adept at engaging and aligning diverse project resources and stakeholders, with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • You meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this field position, including the ability to travel extensively.

Physical, Cognitive & Environmental Requirements:

  • Travel: Approximately 75% travel across the specified geography (Cincinnati/Columbus, OH area) is required. Average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and air/train travel may be necessary. Support across the zone and occasional national travel may be required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in office/home office and/or remote settings, as well as in hospital/healthcare environments, adhering to all credentialing requirements.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Safety: Must wear all required personal protective equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Pay Range (OH): $90,000 - $143,000
  • Additional Compensation: Eligibility for annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may apply.
