About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to be responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery, and promotion of our CS bot management platform. This includes the knowledge base, chat flow, and ticket center.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of CS bot management platform (knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center, etc.).
• Utilize big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations, including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply, and case summary.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations to achieve product objectives.
• Review CS bot KPIs and user cases regularly to identify valuable insights that guide product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Must have product design experience in CS bots.
• Possess strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong data analysis and user insight skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
