About the Role

Comoto is seeking an execution-focused Social Partnerships Specialist to act as a critical structural bridge between external partnerships and digital marketing amplification. You will lead our brand evolution on emerging short-form channels—specifically TikTok and Instagram—by actively sourcing fresh talent and scaling our ambassador footprint across our powerhouse enthusiast brands: RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles. This position balances high-impact creative strategy with analytical execution, turning creative ideas into structured, repeatable influencer campaigns while managing live social storytelling at major grassroots events. You will protect the authentic feel of riding content while navigating algorithms to drive top-of-funnel customer growth.

Responsibilities

Influencer Pipeline & Ambassador Management

  • Active Sourcing: Identify, vet, and recruit new digital content creators and authentic brand advocates.
  • Program Expansion: Manage and scale the existing RevZilla Ambassador program, developing playbooks for expansion into Cycle Gear and J&P Cycles.
  • Contract Fulfillment: Serve as the primary point of contact for external creators, setting clear briefs, timelines, and usage rights, while tracking deliverables against campaign budgets.

Collaborative Content & Organic Strategy

  • Social-First Content: Transition external partners to create "social-first" video and image assets optimized for platform algorithms and customer acquisition.
  • TikTok Tracking & Growth: Collaborate with internal Organic Social & Content teams on TikTok strategy and execution, focusing on follower growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Omnichannel Content Amplification: Co-develop and execute cross-brand collaborative posts featuring events, partners, and sponsors to drive digital audience growth.
  • Community Voice & Authenticity: Tailor creative messaging to ensure partnerships resonate with specific Comoto enthusiast audiences.

Event Integration & Brand Visibility

  • Grassroots Partner Support: Collaborate with external event coordinators and vendors to cross-pollinate social audiences and leverage experiential activations.
  • High-Impact Activation: Manage on-site media workflows and live social storytelling at major events and Ride Days.
  • Cross-Department Alignment: Establish communication with internal brand teams to advocate for partnership opportunities and provide updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Our Next Social Partnerships Specialist Has:

  • Preference for candidates local to the Philadelphia area for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
