Role Overview

An exciting opportunity exists within the Aerospace Maintenance industry (Fixed Wing) to build a new training organization from scratch. This is a Full Time, Employed, Fully Onsite position based in SWITZERLAND, offering a salary aligned with industry norms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA).
  • Deliver training sessions, covering theoretical, technical, or practical aspects.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives.
  • Manage training records and certification documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation.
  • Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal audits.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of EASA Part‑66 and EASA Part‑147 & 145.
  • Proven experience in technical training delivery.
  • Experience as a practical assessor / competence evaluator.
  • Experience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation.
  • Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training/exam platforms.

Qualifications

  • EASA Part‑66 License: Category B1 and/or B2.
