Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Leadeffect GmbH, based in Hamburg, partners with over 70 IT companies, offering comprehensive online marketing solutions including web design, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, and email marketing. We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Online Marketing Manager to drive campaigns and strategies for our clients.

About the Role

As an Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns across various channels. You will work independently on a channel level, developing tailored strategies that are performance-oriented and driven by data, with full ownership of your accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop Client-Level Strategies: Create and implement bespoke online marketing strategies for each client.
  • Google Ads Campaigns:
  • Perform SEA keyword analyses.
  • Plan, set up, optimize, and evaluate SEA campaigns.
  • Write ad copy.
  • Generate reports.
  • LinkedIn Campaigns:
  • Plan and set up campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns, including nurturing activities.
  • Generate reports and conduct analyses.
  • Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Develop tracking concepts for websites.
  • Create Analytics reports.
  • User Funnel & Conversion Optimization (Conceptual):
  • Analyze user behavior on websites.
  • Optimize landing pages and websites for conversions.
  • Develop landing page designs.
  • Enhance user funnels to maximize conversions.
  • Email Outreach:
  • Design email sequences using tools like Apollo.
  • Optimize and evaluate email campaigns.
  • Channel Development: Identify and explore new trends and opportunities for channel growth.
  • Collaboration with Project Manager:
  • Create reports, analyses, and documentation.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed.

Your Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and a quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic.
  • High affinity for IT.
  • German language skills (ideally C1, B2 with willingness to improve - course provided; English business level).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT sector.
  • In-depth Google Ads experience, including keyword research and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Experience with email copywriting using tools like Apollo.

Note: If you don't meet all criteria but are eager to learn, we are happy to train you.

Project Framework & Benefits

  • Employment Type: Full-time or Freelancer basis.
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
  • Working Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week up to full-time.
