Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
• Development of modern recruiting strategies, including active sourcing.
• Conducting and supporting interviews together with our executives.
• Further development of a modern candidate experience.
• Supporting employees and executives in HR matters.
• Shaping our corporate and leadership culture.
• Developing modern and future-proof HR structures.
• Collaboration with external recruiting and employer branding partners.
• Close collaboration with management and executives.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, or People Manager.
• Successfully completed studies in fields such as Business Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
• Passion for modern recruiting and attracting the right talent for a dynamic company.
• A good feel for people, corporate culture, and professional communication at eye level.
• Initiative, execution strength, and the drive to truly advance things.
• Openness to modern HR tools, digital processes, and future-oriented personnel work.
