Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

Rettig & Partner is looking for an innovative Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to take charge of the company's external perception. You will play a key role in defining our brand narrative and communicating our tailored foundation and investment solutions to entrepreneurs and individuals. This position offers the chance to significantly influence how Rettig & Partner is seen and to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging ideas for Reels, formats, and series covering personal marketing and topics related to foundations and investments. Focus on creating impact rather than isolated posts, and oversee execution with videographers and other service providers.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling texts for newsletters, landing pages, and captions. Ensure style and substance, with a focus on impactful first sentences. AI tools can be used to support, but human oversight is crucial.
• Paid & Organic Strategy: Assist in planning and managing campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn, from target audience definition to performance analysis. Understand how to synergize organic reach and paid visibility.
• Employer Branding: Identify and showcase compelling everyday moments within the company to attract suitable talent, focusing on authenticity and genuine representation.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with CRM and sales experts to develop funnels that generate leads, build trust, and drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in online marketing (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Exceptional language and communication skills; you communicate, not just write.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, including campaign setup, analysis, and optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, CapCut, or similar for newsletters, landing pages, and creative assets.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Genuine interest in foundations and investments is essential for creating convincing content.
