The Role

We are currently seeking lawyers with solid M&A experience to join our bench and support likes of Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for M&A activities and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 (+) years PQE with a focus on M&A, open to both law firms and in-house.
