About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth personality to actively shape the company's next chapter of development. In this pivotal role, you will assume responsibility for the entire growth strategy. You will lead an existing team of specialists in CRM, SEO, and Data, strategically expand the organization, and lay the foundation for the company's next growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the overarching growth strategy with a focus on sustainable new customer acquisition.
  • Responsibility for the development and advancement of Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM/Lifecycle, Influencer Marketing, and other growth and acquisition channels.
  • Identification of growth levers across the entire customer journey and derivation of concrete scaling measures.
  • Management and optimization of paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.), including in-depth analytical dives as needed.
  • Development and scaling of alternative traffic sources beyond classic paid channels in a highly regulated advertising environment.
  • Expansion and structuring of the marketing team, including roles, processes, and external partners.
  • Accountability for key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Payback) as a basis for strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with other companies in the group to develop joint marketing standards and central functions.
  • Utilization of AI and automation solutions to increase efficiency and scale the organization.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in marketing or growth environments with leadership responsibility in digital business models.
  • Proven track record of responsibility for scalable growth in D2C, e-commerce, or subscription models.
  • Experience in managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing at Meta and Google levels, with operational proximity to campaign logic.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM, and lifecycle-driven growth.
  • Experience in regulated or advertising-challenging markets (e.g., supplements, health, pharma, gambling, crypto) is advantageous.
  • Strategic and operational working style with experience in developing and implementing campaigns, funnels, and growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Clear, structured communication and experience in transparent, collaborative work environments.
  • Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus.
