The Role: Werkstudent*in (Working Student) - Technical Operations & Support

We are looking for support in Technical Operations & Support with a clear focus on implementing custom solutions for projects, providing technical support, and managing the deploy infrastructure for ERADIANT. This role is ideal for a student eager to contribute to a growing product and gain practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with technical questions or issues regarding the ERADIANT platform.
  • Server Administration: Manage and maintain server infrastructure.
  • Development: Independently handle project-specific customizations and plan new features.
  • Optimization: Improve support processes and documentation for an enhanced user experience.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of databases (RLS, Postgres/Supabase).
  • Service Mindset: Enjoy direct customer contact and problem-solving.
  • Tech Stack: Proficient with TypeScript, React/Next.js (or similar).
  • Server Administration: Experience with Docker Swarm, Traefik.
  • Experience in securely handling production systems.
  • Web Design: A good eye for modern web design and user-friendly UI/UX.
  • Language Skills: Very good German (C2 level) for customer support and very good English skills.
  • Work Style: Structured, proactive, and independent working style; solution-oriented thinking is a given.
  • Commitment: Desire to grow with the team long-term, commitment for at least 9 months (with potential for full-time takeover), and regular presence in the Munich office.
  • Familiarity with Git and efficient, secure use of AI agents.
  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled as a student in Germany.
