About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to drive and develop partnerships with retail brands, delivering best-in-market offers for our corporate clients and concierge members globally. This role is crucial for commercially driving revenue across the business. You will be responsible for securing new partnerships across various industries in EMEA, identifying relevant brands and retailers, negotiating the best rates and offers for our members, and ensuring full accountability for your partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team, providing guidance, performance support, and opportunities for professional growth while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Take full accountability for secured partnerships and contracts, ensuring offers are best in market, events are unique and compelling, and securing commission agreements where appropriate.
  • Maintain relationships with partners during offer periods to ensure ongoing sustainable relationships for future growth.
  • Monitor the performance of partnered suppliers to ensure consistent high-quality service and drive improvements in member satisfaction/NPS and efficiencies.
  • Monitor redemption, data analytics, and demand to ensure offers resonate with the member base, and make strategic improvements based on insights.
  • Work closely with Content and Marketing departments to ensure maximum exposure for offers and events.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Adhere to all best practices.
  • Develop a holistic strategy for approaching partners with a consistent sourcing approach and methodology.
  • Improve team efficiency by developing processes, sharing successes, and implementing learnings.
  • Propose and implement new strategies, campaigns, and processes to impact client growth, member satisfaction/NPS, corporate revenue, and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to wider strategic goals for the global team or region.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet client and internal deadlines.
  • Create and nurture a culture of success, professionalism, and mutual support within the team.
  • Support Client Services and Regional Business Development Managers with client-related matters and new business proposals.
  • Lead, maintain, and support established client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in procuring products, benefits, and offers, contract management, and negotiation.
  • Broad working knowledge of key retail brands across a range of sectors.
  • Ability to initiate and lead new business initiatives and proposals aligned with team objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-led industry, striving for excellent customer service.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and procuring offers.
  • Natural commercial drive, seeking new opportunities and creativity.
  • A natural networker who can develop and implement new initiatives to commercially impact the team and business.
  • Passion for working in a business that prioritizes members, customer service, and commercial success.
  • Natural communicator, keeping team and colleagues informed.
  • Great people skills; recognized as a supportive, effective, and highly driven colleague, able to work effectively under high pressure.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office

  • This role requires commuting to the office at least 2-3 days per week (non-negotiable).
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions when working remotely.
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements, and a minimum speed check must be completed.
