About the Role

We are seeking new employees (m/f/d) for E-commerce Management to support us in coordinating advertising campaigns and leading the marketing team. During your onboarding, you will receive exclusive expertise in Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand Building, covering topics such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Online Visibility, and Brand Building. The onboarding period typically lasts between 2-3 months.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Develop marketing strategies.
• Prepare advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with our VIP clients.
• Analyze and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Completed vocational training is desirable but not required.
• Fast learning ability, a high degree of discipline, creativity, and initiative.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form.
• Quick adaptation to existing processes.
• Prior knowledge in Online Marketing, E-commerce, etc., is advantageous but not necessary.
• Good ability to handle performance pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Very good analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data.
